Lyophilizers: We have worked in many freeze-drying processes, creating and managing control systems for the engineering firms. We provided optimum freeze drying control including defrost and leak rate testing. We also provided troubleshooting through full synoptic screens. Our control systems helped the eutectic point determination temperature feedback. Additionally, we also took care of differential testing and dew point measurement.

Syringe Filling Line Suite and Vial Filling Line Suite: APRO Resources contributed to minimizing risks for patients by efficiently supporting effective control systems for the syringe and vial filling processes of pharmaceutical companies.

Sterile/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: We furthered our contribution to pharmaceutical companies by providing specialist control engineering and validation services for sterile drug manufactures enabling them to conform to the regulatory authorities.
